If you are reading this, and trying to find a real estate agent to represent you with buying or selling a house, then stop the search right here! I found Brent Carter through the Dave Ramsey ELP search, I interviewed 3 agents including Brent, and Brent was by far the most experienced, professional, and nicest guy you can work with. We searched for a home for a few months with Brent, anytime I would call he would answer (if he was busy, he would call me right back) Brent helps many clients and I know he stays very busy, but when I would call him anytime of the day, he would drop everything and go out of his way to help or take off to go look at a new house that just hit the market. Brent Carter is a very successful Broker/Agent, and he is very humble and never pushy with selling. I trust this man with my own family! I will use him and refer people to him for years and years to come.

It went great! Brent Carter was awesome! He helped us a lot, giving us an online portal showing all the houses for sale in the area we were looking at that fit our description so we were able to look at many options. He also personally showed us the houses we were most interested in. We definitely recommend using his services!

I needed to sell this house in a timely fashion. I also needed to handle it from 300 miles away. Brent and his group took care of all the details and made sure the house was ready to sell. We got two offers on the first day and sold it for considerably above the asking price. Brent took care of the closing and I deposited my check. Could not have gone smoother. They are an extremely professional group and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Brent Carter is a terrific professional, in addition to being a kind, good guy. The photos he arranged to have taken if our house were the best I have ever seen. The house sold in two days. You can’t go wrong with Brent!!!

The Carter Real Estate Group was amazing. We attempted to sell our home with another listing agent who tried for 6 months and we never had 1 offer. We enlisted the assistance of Brent Carter and Co. and in the first 3 weeks of listing with the Carter Group we had 2 offers and settled just under full asking. Brent Carter had a top rating on Angie’s List, and he did not disappoint me. I have farm animals, so I had to worry about what the deed restrictions were on each property. Brent checked out everything ahead of time and found out what properties would work for me. I tried to find this information myself online and had absolutely no success, so this was absolutely miraculous to me! He was so helpful! I needed to look at a ton of houses, and he was really patient, never got annoyed, and was very well prepared every day. He made the whole process so much easier for me. i am so glad that I found him!

Great! Brent showed us 19 houses before we found the one we wanted. He helped us through every step of the way and always was timely in answering questions and explaining what needed to happen next in the process. I have used Brent 3 times (once to sell and twice to buy). I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

From his initial market analysis, through the showing and offer process, to the final closing, Brent was very professional, helpful, and informative. We sold a very unique property (during the winter and with our initial buyer backing out) and closed within 90 days from listing. Throughout the process Brent and his staff were great to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It took me several months to work out the type and location of house to purchase in Oklahoma. Brent showed me lots of houses spread out between Moore, Norman and East Oklahoma City. He was always very patient and timely. Probably the best part is that he quickly responded to my email and text questions. Brent is a great realtor to work with and I will definitely use him again.

Brent was a great realtor for us. He sold our home within 2 days of listing and we were able to realize more equity from the transaction than we'd expected. He provided great data on homes recently sold in our area so we could confidently set our selling price. He was very responsive to all our requests and kept us informed every step of the way when we were buying and selling.
Our home sold very quickly but Brent was very calm and his quick insight helped us not to feel rushed. He quickly lined up showings for us and when we found the perfect home, he was very helpful with more comp data so we could confidently present an offer.

I needed to sell a home from which I had already moved. I checked Dave Ramsey's website for realtors and 3 of them called me back within hours of sending my information. I opted to utilize Brent's services since I was going to have to do a short sale and Brent had previous experience working short sales with my specific bank. So right off the bat I felt better.
Brent kept me informed at every step along the way including weekly updates of how many views the property received on line. Brent responded to my requests and inquiries in a very timely fashion.
The property sold in December. I would recommend Brent and use his services again.

Brent did a good job in helping us when we wanted it and ask the the seller for items we were interested in. He always did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. Very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

It went great. It was the first time my wife and I bought a home so we had tons of questions which Brent answered in great detail. He created us a website with houses for sale in the area and the price range we were looking for. We looked at a lot of houses some he recommended and others we gave him a list and he set everything up for the showings. During the showings he would even point out issues on the houses that I wouldn't see. He was very honest and very friendly. He never pushed us to try and make a sell. He even got the home inspection in the closing cost which he recommended the seller pay. Brent did a great job and if I ever buy or sell another home I will be using him as my Realtor.

After talking with Brent about our home search, he set us up to recieve email notifications about homes meeting our criteria. It was a very helpful service. When we found something we wanted to see, Brent was able to schedule a showing very quickly. He was easily reachable and would respond to emails and voicemails within a few hours. This was our first home purchase, so we asked lots of questions and relied heavily on him to guide us through the process. He made the experience less intimidating.

Brent was excellent. He's a knowledgeable professional, and he was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs. He never pressured us into anything at all. He simply gave us the tools so we could make the best decision for ourselves. We were a little picky, and we took an entire year to find a home that fit all of our needs. Brent was pleasant and patient the entire time. He was a great advocate for us, and he was very quick to answer every question, make all the necessary arrangements, and offer advice without ever pushing us into anything.
