I recently, from Sept 9,14 to Nov 11,14, had the following experience with Wilmes Super Store in Altus, Ok.
After 7 weeks in their shop, my car was returned to me with visable body damage still. The first time they said it was ready, 3 weeks in the shop, it had pieces hanging down, parts in the back seat and half of the dash and A/C did not work. This was thier idea of fixed, supposedly verified by their Shop Boss.
They also still have the manual for my radio and in dash computer, with the folder they came in. Why did they need access to the computer that has nothing to do with the car? I spoke with the owner, Mr. Wilmes, and he said they were finished with the car, and he would check on the manuals that are missing. If you want your car fixed right, I would never go to any Wilmes Store, for any reason.
It is a shame they are located on Veterans Drive, after the way I have been treated.
