AWESOME! They did some research on the internet and found a replacement front end that was a complete brush guard so if we were to hit a deer again, the vehicle would sustain little damage. I did not have to do any research other than tell them what I would like to do. They researched the internet, made the order, attached it to the vehicle, and they worked with the insurance claim agent. I did not have to do a thing.

We took our 2008 Chevy Impala to Wilmes because the air conditioner was making a terrible noise intermittently. It turned out that two of the three interior air positioning shutters were broken or malfunctioning. They had them replaced and the car back to us in under two hours. The service personnel were friendly and helpful and we were very pleased with the service. The car is still under warranty, so there was no cost involved.
