I can’t think of anything else to describe this realtor as but HORRIBLE. I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy deal with these people. My husband and I went with them when we first moved to Oklahoma. We are affiliated with the AF so we had to find housing rather quickly due to an overflow of the base. We came across a house that was pretty decent, but we knew we'd get what we'd pay for. We figured it was temporary and it couldn't be that bad so as long as the realtor did their part. Boy how we were fooled. Not only did the realtor lack, the owner did as well when we tried to tell him that his realtor was taking advantage of him and his clients. The house had apparent mold after rain rushed in from all cracks from doors and windows. We kept trying to tell them there may be a problem, and no one listened. I could literally name seven other MAJOR health issues we discovered but I'd like not to relive that again. My husband and I went to the office several times to talk to them as adults, and the manager would never come out! He literally sent his little assitants out to tell us he's busy and he'd call back. We waited for calls five times, never happened. I even sat there and waited for him to finish is oh so busy work and he never came out. If this is not the most unprofessional experience ever, I don't know what is. My husband and I had got married in March, moved to OK the next week and had to deal with this. They certainly didn't make our first experience of living together a good one.
