Home Healthcare - Disability Equipment & Services

fixes: 2nd time-no support in middle of ramp, 3rd time-railing not safe; it wiggles back and forth easily in couple of places. The contractor does not pay to get the work fixed out of his pocket. He had no trouble cashing my checks for the work; but doesn't pay for the fixes. I personally would never higher this contractor again for any thing!!! And, would not recommend him to any one else.

1 .Sidewalk fix and driveway concreted - now cracks in the sidewalk 2. drainage ditch - ok 3. small garden plot tilled - ok - 4. Roof - good thru insurance 5. handicap ramp - had to be done twice - no support in the middle of the boards first time. Board buckling in middle. 6. Wooden fence installed in back yard and didn't use galvanized nails or fill the holes to keep weather out and the whole fence is weeping black lines now. 7 .gazebo - half the wood used is pealing and cracking - screen tearing - post put in crooked - . I waited over a month for it to be fixed by him and finally gave up on him and had to hire someone else to do the job right. He refused to pay for this to be fixed: nor found it the right thing to do was to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. I paid for a job done right and I expect it to be done right and/or fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Neither happened on this job.. One excuse was his worker had to be let go and another one was that the second was visiting a sick dad for two of those over a month days. Where was he before he went to visit his sick dad; not doing the job, that's where. One excuse after another for not getting the job done in a reasonable time frame. 1st picture clearly shows two types of wood (untreated? ground treated? pressure treated? 2nd picture also shows clearly two types of wood. Front of gazebo is on right (which was replaced by second contractor). 3rd picture also clearly shows difference in wood. This was built less than a year ago. (on right) on left new by second contractor. 4th picture shows the crooked post at the top and different types of wood in ceiling.

The provider arrived at his scheduled time and completed on-time. No problem so far with the job. The only issue that I had was a nail in my tire. This is the only remnants of the old roof that I found.
