"I was very impressed with the start to finish process with this company. Gail called me to understand what I needed, set a date and time to review the work for a quote and then came out at the agreed upon date and time. The follow through for the communication was timely and once I agreed to the quote they came out to do the work on time and with needed materials to complete the job.
