We called Dick's Plumbing twice (on 6/26 and 6/27) and left messages both times. In both messages we let them know that this was an emergency and we needed assistance ASAP. No one from the company has ever returned our calls.

As far as the end result, things worked ok, but here is my complaint. He lied to us constantly. He said he would call and he didn't, when I would call he didn't answer. Day after day he would say he wasn't receiving the phone calls. When he wanted me he got me. He was not honest and didn't show up when he was supposed to. He was very sloppy in his work and did absolutely no clean up. When they would drill holes in the walls they wouldn't clean up any of the shavings. As a result of that I would not use him again.
