BEAN BRAKE & FRONT END SVC

My van started to not turn when I would steer or the steering would be stiff and finally release mid turn. Months went by with 3 different mechanics checking it out and telling me they had no idea. One local GM dealership told me there was nothing wrong, it was simply an old van. It was so bad that I parked it for almost a year and would not drive it more than down the street for fear it would not steer. I heard about John Frank, who owns Bean Brake, and took it in. At this point, I had a replacement and just needed it fixed so I could sell it with a clear conscience. Mr. Frank had my van diagnosed and repaired in 2 days and had to wait on me to pick it up. The steering was fixed and I was in awe! I was finally able to drive and turn and not fear an accident. Thanks again Mr. Frank!

This was one of many trips. Mr. Frank has always been immediately available to take a look even if he couldn't perform the service right away. This trip my daughter was driving us down the street and a noise that I couldn't describe began. We drove the car in at 5 mph at best and he immediately new what was going on. When he took off the wheel, the wheel bearing fell into his hand in pieces. He got us in and the car  had a few things still needing attention that he pointed out, but only had the necessary needs done at the moment. We were given details, things to watch for and a basic time frame we would most likely be back in. The car was ready before noon the next day. He will tell you if the repair is something you can inexpensively and quickly handle yourself or if he needs to do it. He's honest, reliable and just absolutely great to do business with!
