The tree removal part was EXCELLENT. Jeff's guys worked hard. They showed up when they were supposed to, did the work right away ... boom, boom, boom. I was surprised how quickly they knocked it out. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR TREE REMOVAL SERVICES OR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. However, a subcontractor, a local landscaper, was supposed to install the trees. They did not show up on several days they had promised. Landscaping company would not commit to a firm date and unfortunately snow was forecasted by weather reports. I canceled. Now, until spring, no privacy in the rear of my home; visible to all through traffic in the rear of the property. Will probably reach out to one more locally, but if that doesn't work out, will reach out to service provider in Columbus & surrounding areas. I want this done right, with the right company, and quality product. It seems very difficult to find a local, professional landscaper. Unfortunately, it seems as landscapers will prioritize commercial businesses first, then they kind of get to residential when they find the time. Jeff was a kind guy. Seemed very upfront and honest about his bid and the work to be performed. I did not get the impression that he would jack up the estimate as soon as he saw a "nice" subdivision. The subcontractor co. was a different story for first-time job; disappointed.

not to bad,,,, the older gentleman didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I had the choice of either just taking some dead limbs off or taking the whole tree down when they found out what the inside of the tree was like. well it was pretty much dead so I ask to have it taken down. I don't think he was really happy to have to spend the extra time doing that. He had to younger teens working with him they did alright . one limb fell on the neighbors flower and bent it and she was mad and called the company about them. I would use them again just not that guy.

Arbor Works did an excellent job on the removal of an Oak tree that was very close to foundation of my property. They ground the stump and removed all brush plus cut remaining wood into 14 inches for firewood. Clean up was fantastic! They were prompt and had best estimate and was actually more professional than another company that came out to give a bid. Will definitely use again in the future.

Excellent job was performed. Cleaned up any messes and did all work as agreed in a timely manner, Would highly recommend this company.

They were very professional and on time from the original estimate for the work to the actual removal.  Very refreshing for a contractor to do what they say they are going to and when they are going to do it!
