+ -1 morePurchased two leather chairs from Bill. The legs fell off one chair as soon as I sat on it. I had to pay an a second party to fix the broken leg and reinforce the others. I picked out nailhead trim. The chairs arrived without the nailhead. The picture of the chair did not have the nailhead trim and that was considered part of the contract. I don't understand why I picked out nailhead if it wasn't part of the chair. I paid the second party to also install nail head trim.
