Everything went well. We were quoted about "$500 on the low end," with the caution that unforeseen problems could cause that number to increase. Fortunately, there were none, and the bill was very close to what I hoped/expected. The plumber was kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable.

I called Timlin at 9:30 in the morning and got 2 very helpful people who said that ‘of course’ they could get someone out to my house today. The service man showed up at 3:15 and at 3:30 the job was complete! Recommend this professional VERY highly!

Had old water heater fail. Company responded to call immediately, and a new water heater was installed and working less than.3 hours after the initial call. Let me know prices up front, and answered all questions I had. Very professional, quick service.
