Store is constantly in flux. They move items so finding what you need is a chore. Some prices are not competitive and requiring a $45 membership every year should mean lower prices. Cashier is required to ask you to upgrade and pay a higher fee and this sometimes means holding up the customers waiting to check out. Ten minutes is too long to wait in line. My personal feeling is if Costco opened a store near here I would not patronize Sam's Club again. Their customer service is a disaster and calling them on the phone for information is an exercise in futility. I do like the pharmacy and the large selection of medications. Their large selection of merchandise saves a lot of time but not always much money. They hire people to check your membership card on entry and check your cart when exiting but are often short on cashiers requiring long waits. These stores are not user friendly.
On a side note: I am reviewing the store on Niles Cortland Road in Warren, OH. I do not shop at their Boardman store so I cannot offer my opinion on their service.

I've always gone to Sams Club for my tires. I was able to purchase 4 Goodrich tires for approximately $450 with a 60,000 mile tread warranty. The employees were professional and expedient. The only problem I had was that the tires were not balanced correctly as I have a shimmy in my steering wheel at high speeds. I plan on taking it back soon for it to be fixed correctly.

We were going to buy a 32" television but the 37" was right next to it and we didn't like the border on the smaller one, we just wanted one that was more plain. The salesman there was very good. They came by and installed the television.
