They are all very nice. It is a very nice facility. The people that work there are always very helpful and seem knowledgeable about what they do. Any time I have had a question, I am not real good with using some of the machines, so I sometimes have a lot of questions and they are always very sweet and very nice. They are very helpful. They are more than willing to come over and either show me how to use it or explain to me why I am using it. That explanation takes a little longer because I am like why exactly again I am doing this to myself and they will give you a really great reason why you are doing that to yourself. They have elliptical there and I am really bad at doing the elliptical and I thought maybe I was doing it wrong, because it seems like a very simple machine to get on and so I went and asked if I was doing it right and the girl asked me several questions before she even came over and found out through her asking questions that I have arthritis in my one knee. She was just so sweet and she tried not to yell at me and she very nicely said, do not ever get on that machine again, thank you very much. She said, I can tell you why I am having trouble doing it, she said, why you would ever think you can get on that machine and do that. She was very nice and sweet and gave me a very long explanation as to why that was a really stupid thing that I had done and pointed out several other things that I can do as an alternative. It was very nice, she actually explained to me why I shouldn't have den that and why from now on I am supposed to ask before I get on any machine and they would clear it if whether or not it was appropriate for me or not and what to do instead. I thought it was very nice to take their time to explain it to me and then also give me alternatives. They are knowledgeable enough. I haven't found one of them there that doesn't at least have some knowledge of what they are doing and why they are there, which is very nice.

Planet Fitness refuses to admit I went through the proper channels to terminate my membership and continues to harass me via mail. I DON'T OWE IT ANY MONEY! IT WAS PAID BY AUTO PAYMENT BY MY CREDIT CARD!

This is a nice, clean facility . They have a 30 min workout room which i usually use when i go there, before i hit some of the other exercise equipment. I have had one on one training with a trainer for a few sessions, she was very nice and showed me some of the exercises i need to work on for myself. For the price, it's a great deal . I was able to get in on a offer of $20 for month , and that includes any guest i can take also plus i have access to the tanning beds with that membership. They offer single memberships for $10 a month, you can't beat the price. The staff has been very nice when i've asked questions or needed help with something. I really like the hours as they're open Mon at 6 or 7 a.m.( not sure which time) .. thru Friday - 9 pm...24 hrs ....then shortened hrs on Sat. and Sun.

The facility is just a couple of years ago. It is clean and equipment work. They take care of it. It is very large. They have a lot of cardio machine. They have more cardio equipment than any other things. They have weights there, but it is limited in number. The staff is all young. They have fitness classes, but not on one-to-one basis. I pay only $10 a month. A lot of employees there are in their 20s.
