I was pleased at their diagnosis. They are reasonable about the diagnostic fees. Other companies have charged a lot more just for a diagnosis. However, they did tell me that my air conditioning would take $1,400 to repair. I did not have repair completed as my car is older doesnt seem worth the value of the repair.

They have a drop box so my husband can drop the keys off at night and pick it up the next day. I like the fact that they will call and leave me a message when it is done. They do excellent work. I like that they tell you before they do work exactly what has to be done. They do not surprise you by doing extra work before calling you.
