Moving
I knew someone who worked for Penske and he was able to get me a very low rate for a 14 foot truck. I also rented a tow-dolly but they upgraded me to a trailer since they had no tow-dollys available. The office I rented from took care of business in a timely manner and when I showed up on moving day, everything was ready to go. They notified me that the tow-dolly wasn't available about a week in advance and let me know that I would receive the upgrade at no additional cost. Check in went smoothly and they were very nice to work with. I would use them again.
