piano tuning
+ -1 morePaul was out of town on vacation when I called him. He answered his phone anyway. We scheduled a time for him to come out and tune my piano the following week. Paul spent quite a bit of time helping me out. The piano had cables that had come loose and keys that were not working. He showed me how to tighten the cables and how to reconnect the cables if it happened again. He recommended that I handle tightening the cables myself since there are so many and while it is easy to do, it is time consuming and he would have to charge for it. Paul was more worried about satisfying my needs than adding charges that were not necessary.
Description of Work: Tuned antique piano, repaired minor issues such as loose cables, and gave an estimated appraisal.
