The company is busy, so you will need to schedule an appointment ahead of time. However, the employees are very kind, honest, and helpful, and it was worth the wait. Larry kept the old parts to show me what had gone wrong, even without me requesting it. The price was very fair and I would be happy to use them again.

Larry is honest and if there were nothing really wrong with the car, he would let me know. If you take it in and say something is wrong in the car, he checks it over and tells me so if that was what was not wrong but this is what is wrong with the car. He would tell me how much it would cost and he would ask me if I want him to fix it. He is just real honest unlike other places. Sometimes it would be minor and he would not even charge me for it. The only thing I really don't like about him is that he is always so busy, that sometimes I can hardly get in there but he is so good and so honest that I don't mind waiting for a couple of days or until he can get to me. He is an excellent mechanic and he has two other guys working with him there so it isn't really that long of a wait but he just really is a good mechanic; he really is. I have a niece that stays in Columbus and when something goes wrong with her car she drives the car up, spends the weekend with me so that she can get her car fixed at Larry's.

Found that I had a broken spring on one of my front struts. Larry at Patrick's service quickly got me a price on replacing the front struts and it ended up being about half the price of a local tire store. I've dealt with Patrick's service for several years now, I've always had good experiences with going there and wouldn't take my car any place else.

He is excellent. I recommend him to anybody that has a problem with their car! He just really is great. One time they accidentally charged us $360 to replace our struts, they then later called us to have us come back to refund $60 because they had accidentally overcharged us. Not many people would do that; he is very honest! He is very busy though!
