Omega came out and installed a new two-car garage door at my home in August 2017. The door looks great; they did a great job.

He was courteous and prompt. He called before he arrived and fixed our problem for LESS than they projected over the phone. A+! We will use them again!

The technician that came out to my house was 2 hours late. When he got there, he said there isn't much he can do to reduce the noise and then said that my garage doors need braces, so I agreed to hire them to do the work. This was on a Friday, he said they would be out on Monday to do the job. I never heard from them again. They did not show and never called.

The workman was very curious and profession and worked quickly explaining everything he was doing. Very tidy too. I would defiantly recommend. He also arrived on time and took away the old unit.

Extremely well!  John was running late and called to advise me of this.  My garage door had stopped working and after reading reviews I called yesterday and was scheduled for this morning.  John quickly fixed the problem; however, he stayed to do general maintenance and fixed the remote.  He was very professional, explained what he was doing and why -- an overall great experience.

Did exactly what they said they would do and more. Replaced any broken parts and fabricated new parts to improve upon the functionality of the doors. On time and responeded in one day from my call. I will always use them with any garage door concerns or replacements. The Service call price was expensive but is the same as anyone else in any service, so I won't complain about that.

Great. I thought the door would need to have the top panels replaced. Instead the guys came in and did a better less expensive repair.

The installer called prior to coming over and was early. He explained what he was going to do and showed us how the new trim would go on. He was fast but thorough, We had a coupon that he applied to the charge, He reviewed our overhead opener status and gave us advice for future repairs.

John came out to access the problem. Motor was blow due to a power surge. Considering the age of our opener, 20 years, it was an easy decision to replace not repair. Jay arrived on time, quickly got to work and was done within an hour. He explained everything in an efficient and professional manner.

They were punctual. They reviewed the problem with me so I could make an educated decision regarding the repair. They fixed the garage door at a fair price. The work was accurate and reasonable. I also had a problem with a list remote that they gave me and programmed specifically for my garage doors. Honest and professional. I was very I pressed.

Just a side note, the company that did install the garage door opener, told me they could not get a replacement remote because my opener was too old, unrepairable, and I needed a new garage door opener.

Came out same day that I called. I had one broken spring and decided to replace both cause of the age of the Door. Replacement took less than a hour. Job was done in a professional manner and I would definitely use them again.

Obtaining the job estimate was quick and straight to the point. The installer was prompt, professional, and efficient. The job was completed quickly and neatly. I highly recommend Omega.

It went very well. I’m very happy with them. They are very professional. I actually dealt with the salesman and my advice would be to use them. They would do another one for me, if I need another one done. It is what I expected to pay. It’s a little cheaper so it’s all right. They were right here when they said they would be here.
