This took over an hour to work on the computer and it still wasn't working properly. They computer was frozen and wouldn’t do anything and the very next day the computer was acting the same way. I did notify him but he didn't do anything to fix. He insulted me over the phone and made me feel like I didn't know anything about what was going on. He refused to repair it the second time.

When I called Computer House Calls, I was able to get an appt. within a few days. The owner, Bruce, came to my home to repair internet issues with my two laptop computers. I was having trouble being thrown off-line via a wireless router rented from Time Warner. He was able to get both laptops online and downloaded software that connected both of my laptops to my wireless printer. When he left, both computers were working and staying online. The next day ... one of the laptops began going off-line ..and was unable to connect at all to the internet via my rented router. Bruce came back that same day to diagnose the problem this time. After Bruce sat listening patiently on the phone with Time Warner trying to decipher their router coding that they had installed..... (they didn't know and transferred us 5 times),....we both decided that it would be better to have my own router. Bruce had equipment in his car, and I was able to purchase a new router from him without having to go out and buy one. He installed my new router very quickly, and also downloaded and programmed software that connected both of my laptops to my wireless printer .... again. I have had no problems since, and both computers and printer are working fine. Bruce called me the next day to make sure everything was working correctly.
