The job was mediocre. My carpets did not come up as clean as I wanted. When I called them, I explained I had dogs and wanted them to deodorized the carpets as well. When they gave me the bill, I did not see a charge for odor removal. I could smell the odors from the dogs a few days later and called them about it. The owner came out a few days later and deodorized the carpets for free. I did appreciate this.

They do excellent work. They were on time and made it so clean. They cleaned the stairs as well. They also came back and deodorized. It was not a bad price at all especially since I expected the price to be a lot more.
