Horrific never again I spent as much as two men and a truck and got poor service . Next time it'll be cleland brothers or two men and a truck true professionals

According to John, the truck that was available had broken down and he had to find another place to rent a truck. Another truck was rented from U-Haul in Niles (I believe) and so the move started about an hour and half late (or more). There were four movers since they were late and they moved quickly. My concern was that two of the movers were really young and not careful with things resulting in some drops and bangs. All four of the movers were nice, pleasant people and I was just happy to get moved after being with friends and family for six weeks. I would suggest more training for the young guys. The truck breaking down was just something they had no control over. I would suggest they all work out their frustrations after the move and refrain from arguing in front of the customer. John, the mover leading the pack, was efficient, kind, knowledgeable and gave me a discount for the late move.

Three gentlemen arrived on time, hard working, very pleasant and professional. They were very helpful in their suggestions and gave us time to arrange furniture at the assisted living facility and then let us change our minds about what was going to the storage unit.
Would definitely recommend this company.

When I called Mini Movers and left a message, they called me back very quickly. They booked my date and told me that they would call back the day before the move to confirm and they did. They told me that they would be at my house at 8am for the move, they showed up at 7:45 and were ready to work. 6 men of all ages, very professional. They worked hard loading my house and storage unit into the trucks and then unloading them at the new house. When I (yes me) got my Uhaul stuck in the front yard, they loaned me thier car to drive to an ATM machine to get money for the tow truck. They were so friendly, hard working and professional...they never even took a lunch break!! I will and would recommend them to others and I certainly use them again.

The crew was made up of 5-6 enegetic men , mostly younger . The men conducted themselves with professionalism and moved quickly and politely from task to task. The household goods were loaded, transported and unloaded with great care and absolutely no damage. Furniture included some hard to move antique pieces that were treated with special care. All furniture was wrapped and padded, doorways, were protected and all stairway woodwork was wrapped and protected. The crew is actively managed by Bobby and he was there to insure the men on the crew did not inadvertantly make a mistake or get careless with an item. Special instructions were given to the men on the crew as hard to move or more delicate pieces were indentified by Bobby. The crew were very polite asked questions and were a joy to deal with during a very stressful time. My wife felt comfortable in her conversations with the crew and was treated with respect and was listened to.
Phone communications are very good, calls returned promptly and they show up on time and ready to roll. On the job, there is no horseplay or screwing around , these guys are all about getting the job done. This is the 3rd time I have used Mini Movers and do not hesitate to give them my unqualified positive endorsement.
