Siding Service
They did such a bad job. The first crew worked for 3 days,Then left. There were so many mistakes that I called the sales rep. They sent another crew in and they worked for 3 days just to correct the problems from the first crew!
Ben was the owner of the second crew that came out the 2nd time. They done a great job.
This year, I have called at least 4 times about more troubles. One problem was that the siding wasn't overlapped properly, and you can see the insulation. We also have a piece of siding that had come loose and fallen off! There are more issues that have not been addressed, and they have not followed through with coming back to repair the problems.
It is hard to get someone to follow through with repairs when they are subcontracting all of the work.
After a visit to their office, I finally got a date that Ben would come back for more repairs. He and his crew did come back and worked for two days to correct more problems that the first crew had done wrong. They done a great job.
I understand that the first crew no longer does work for M & C Siding & Roofing.
