Awesome. Had a smoking hot breaker. Guys came out immediately and replaced the whole box with a brand new board in only a couple of hours. They were very pleasant and very professional.Great company.

Rich Lyons is the most honest man out there. He treated us like family and advised us of items that we didn't realize at the time would be very important with the electrical needs of an older home and new construction with a mother in-law suite. He is amazing with older folks and his entire crew is responsive and thorough. I would not use anyone but him.

3-man team arrived promptly at 8:00 as scheduled and immediately started working. Rick Lyons arrived shortly thereafter. We have two small dogs, which we isolated in two rooms. Whenever the electricians needed to go through the rooms, they carefully closed the doors. They acted professionally and respectfully the entire day. As, with any job, they encountered some difficulties and setbacks, but Rick stayed on the job all day to make sure everything was done right. At the end of the day, the encountered a problem with the GFI breaker, but installed a normal breaker temporarily so that the tub could be filled and heated (but with dire warnings about not trying to use the tub overnight). They arrived first thing the next morning and installed the GFI breaker to complete the job. The electrical inspector came the following week, and said that everything they did was perfect, from the top of the house, to the wiring on the hot tub. The inside of the panel looks perfect - like a textbook picture on how to wire a panel. I am pleased with the work they performed and will use them again.

They were the lowest of three bidders and showed up and told me they could do the work right away. They showed up the next day and performed the work and I was satisfied with it. He was great.

Depends on what is being done but for big job,they come out and evaluate and then give an estimate. We set a date, they show up and it always goes smoothly. Estimates have been right on and never over. For smaller projects, I just call and set up a date, and they show up. They did call and change a date on a small project but our area had a huge storm and they were busy getting power back to homes in the area. Totally justified.

We got a new hot tub and needed it connected up to code. We also wanted electrical service to  our barn/storage unit.They tied it in with the electric in our garage and put a conduit  underground. I could hardly tell where they dug it in, as they were careful with the landscaping.
 The  previous owners had made an odd placement of the light fixtures and the plugs in the bathroom. They changed them up for us and they look great. They were able to do the work outside while I was at work...saving me taking a day off.
 I am very happy with them and plan to use them again in the future for some additional electric work.

When our son was here on vacation, who is also an electrician, told us we needed a new line put in at some point. Lyons came out first to give us an estimate and he was very business like. He has either 2 or 3 assistants. He said he has been in business for a long time, since he was 19. He got into the business because his father-in-law was in this line of work. His assistants came out with him to help with the work. I was very very satisfied with the customer service. I would use them again.
