They do have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The end result was absolutely beautiful and at a fraction of the price. We had to have a callback for a few things to be adjusted. The person I worked with was James Black and the only suggestion I would give others for working with a large store is to make sure they stay with the same person that they started with and then they have to call and get their schedule to make sure they're there. He was absolutely outstanding. They did a great job. If customers are not happy, they'll take care of it. The cost included one specialty window and verticals and decks. I was very happy. I definitely would do it again. It was absolutely the best price. When they said they'll be here, they're here. If they're going to be late, they call.

The installer did a very professional job. I would hire him again. Cost compared with Home Depot. Process took over two weeks. Lowe's did not inform us that one of the doors was not in stock. Once the installer had everything required, he came and did a great job. Was neat and cleaned up after himself. We plan to replace our front door next, and will be sure to request this same installer.

Carpet installer came to house and measured. Carpet was ordered and came in 2 weeks later. Installer said first open date was in 3 weeks. When I said I really needed it earlier than that, he worked me in! Difficult carpet to put down due to intricate pattern. Issac did a great job matching the bedroom/hallway. Installers worked hard until job was completed. Vaccumed afterwards. Isaac also offered to come back if there were any problems or concerns. Thought some of the charges were a little steep, but knew them ahead of time and loved the carpet enough to pay the price!

The gentleman that came out so that he could measure was very nice, very professional. He measured with an apparatus that had a wheel and would tell you how many yards of feet it is. Before he did all that he explained everything that was going to happen and he told me that I had 30 days in order to make my mind before the price would change. He tried to get me an idea of how soon they could do it for me because they were backlogged. Then whenever they had a chance to slip me in because somebody else had ordered something that had to be fitted in, it was a special order and it did not come in on time, so they got me in. As soon as they did that they came back out so that I could sign the contract and pay them. When they came in they measured again and they must have called either the water company or the electric company and may be both so that they would know where the lines are because they had little sticks on my ground which showed where some of my power and water lines are. Then they came out the first day and put in just the posts and had those cemented in, then they came out the next day and did the wire fencing and finished off the top of it. They did not leave one solitary thing, not one little thing as a mess. They were just professionals from the beginning to the end. When he gave me an approximate date when they could come in, my mum in the meantime had fallen and broken her arm. One of things that we were trying to do was to get the backyard enclosed because my fell because of her dog. His leash kind of knocked her over. So when all this happened I called them and explained the situation and asked them if there was anywhere possible that they could do it as soon as possible. That is why it got done three weeks ahead of time. All they needed was a day and half to do it. They worked with me.

They have always been reliable, they deliver a day or two after you purchase the item and their prices are reasonable. I haven't ever had any problems with it.

When you call you go to someone who is available. They were very good at selling us our appliance. I have not had any problems with the water heater. I would definitely go back.
