The job went smooth

Matthew came out and gave me a quote, He was very nice and professional. He explained there packages and told me what exactly they would do. The price was good so I scheduled the work. Quinton and Jeff did the work and arrived within the stated time given to me. The also were very professional and promptly started to work. The did an amazing job. My house never looked better. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Matt and Quinton arrived within the stated time frame, introduced themselves and began working quickly. They completed the job in a timely fashion. We were asked to inspect the job before payment was requested. The men were personable and hard workers. I highly recommend them and will call them for future work.

Matt and Quentin were excellent at what they do. Our concrete hasn't been this clean since we lived in our house. There were stains on the driveway that were there for years. Looks like new again. Marks around pool: stains from trees, pool chemicals and ground in dirt are basically all gone.

They arrived when they said they would be here. They cleaned up when finished. Were extremely professional in all they did. Very polite and listened to all our concerns. Would recommend this company for their expertise in power washing.

I've only lived here 2 years and I couldn't wash the outside of my windows. I'm not sure when the last time they were ever washed. The Windows had some type of film on them that I couldn't remove. The guys used a lot of scrubbing with steel wool ( I think) and a lot of cleaning soap but got all the film off the Windows. They look great. I can actually get a clear view to the outside. The young men who did the work were polite, efficient and hard working. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Technicians Matt & Tim were right on time, very friendly & professional. They moved patio furniture, pressure washed & sealed the concrete patio. Did a fabulous job! The patio looks brand new!! Very gracious & courteous technicians. We couldn't be happier!! Very fair price, as well!

It went very well.  The guys were extremely careful and protective of our things.  They were thorough and eager to please.

Robert came out promptly to quote us on the job.  He was very nice.  The team that came out to do the work was very polite ad professional.  The work was great.  We will definitely call them again this spring (2016).  And we will have them pressure  wash our decks and sidewalk this time.  I did not realize that they did that also.  We were very happy with Higher Level Services.

Previously, they have washed interior windows (didn't need done this time).  When they clean interior windows, they slip on booties so as to not track up hardwood floors or carpeting. Do this w/o being to told. They are always so neat when they clean the windows, no drips or streaks.

There was no mess when they finished the gutters, no debris on the ground or decks.

I sent them an email message and was given a return call within 48 hours.  The owner came personally within a few days to give an estimate.  We set up a date for the next week and the 2 workmen arrived on time - very personable and professional.  They explained the process and  went to work immediately.  We are very pleased with the results.

they were prompt, courteous and cheerful.  They also kept me informed on how the job was going and what to expect.  They were also very careful to not harm any shrubs or flowers that were planted by the house. This is my first experience with then and I was very pleased. would use them again.

The crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and put on their "indoor booties", asked if I had any special requests and got busy.  They worked very efficiently and were very courteous.  I had a couple of questions on how some windows and screens worked and they were very willing to show me.  They were not out ahead of their visit for an estimate but, the lady in the shop told me what to expect...I was not disappointed.  Before they started washing etc. they did give me the app. cost of the service, anyway.  At this time, because the windows had never been washed (since we moved into the house), I was about willing to pay anything!  But, I thought the price was extremely fair!  Anyway, they worked very professionally, and even if the job took longer than they originally thought, everything was done beautifully.  I would definitely recommend their service and use them, again.  Also, the owner stopped out a week later just to ask me what I thought of the job...of course, I let him know I was so pleased.

Regarding the gutters...another big job, well done on the same day!  There was even moss growing on top of some of the gutters...it is gone!  An extremely pleased customer.
