EXTERIOR DESIGNS CO

Garrett McCullough is the owner of this company. He gave us an estimate for the job. We signed a contract and he insisted on having money down. We gave him $6000 our roof job total would have been a little over $9000. The check was given to him on October 29, 2016. He has been putting us off ever since we gave them the check. His first excuse was his leg was bad and he needed to rest it for a week . The weather the entire month of November was beautiful and he kept saying he couldn't do it his leg was bad he had another job he was finishing up one excuse after another. Then of course December the weather was bad, however we did have a few days he could have come out and done it. Since then there's been at least five days in February that were above average temperatures and dry. We called him he refused to answer he sent my husband a text that he would be out on February 20 to do the job, that's February 20, 2017. He did not show up and he refused to answer any phone calls or text messages from us. Today I went down to small claims court to file a civil lawsuit against him. As soon as I mentioned his name a woman that works for the clerk of courts said she knew him and he did the exact same thing to her. He started her job and left it a mess and never finish the work. In addition to the roof we also asked him to put a roof over our patio, he did come out one day tour siding off my house put up a frame for the porch everything was out of plum it is a mess. Garrett McCullough, if you want the job done I'd advise you get anyone else. I wouldn't trust him to build a doghouse! He STOLE our money!
