Excavation
I asked them to do an estimate to install a sewer line clean out. They came out, and it turned out we already had one. He was nice about it (the clean out had been hidden by a foot of snow until a couple days earlier, which is why we hadn't seen it) and didn't give me a hard time for having driven all the way out here.

Excavation
Went very well. They protected the front of the house so the bricks didn't crack while using the jackhammer, and they cleared away all the debris. They did a very good job cleaning up.
