Excellent! He showed up on time, worked with my schedule, very efficient, explained everything to you while they're doing it and gives you tips.

They didn't have the part necessary for my spout and came back a month later once the part arrived. He did not tighten the water shut off valve all the way and had to come back because it was leaking.

He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The fact that they came out right away for the leak was phenomenal.

I found them in the phone book, I talked to a couple of people who knew their name, and I decided to give them a chance. He was absolutely amazing, and he didn't overcharge. In fact he told us that some of the things didn't need to be replaced, and only needed to be redone. He was very good at doing the right job, but saving me money and not overdoing things. He was very honest, and I don't really have any dislikes about him. He was here when he said he was going to be here, and he came quickly. He took care of the job quickly, and he didn't overcharge me. He was not stuffy, he was just a normal human being.
