They found that the exhaust motor was not coming on and was overheating. They cleaned the exhaust duct( which was plugged) and tested the unit. They suggested further work on the unit, but they did not charge for the time involved with the discussion and were not pushy about fixing other issues.

They are very good. They cleaned up good. The installed the system, explained everything to me, and left me the instructions.

Found out furnace & ac was older than told at purchase and compressor needed replaced. Since system was so old I had whole thing replaced.

This company is very accommodating for my schedule as I am not always in town. The technicians are very knowledgeable, polite and thorough. They are all about preventative maintenance and never try to take advantage of the customer.

Several people in our building, which is a business, had heating issues. They were very affordable compared to the others. They explained what they were going to do. They did a great job. They didn't have to come back for any repairs because it's still functioning very well.

I like them a lot. I've been using them for a long time. They've serviced my furnace probably for about twenty years. They did the work professionally. They got the blower fixed quickly. I would recommend them to the others. So far whenever the furnace was inoperable, I used to call them and they were able to come out within the same day or the next day. I haven't compared their prices to anyone else. I will use their services again in the future.
