CARL ARNETT REMODELING

The project took too long and the work was shoddy. I had to have siding replaced because it was not secure. The trim is not professional looking, no mitred corners, bare wood visible, more unsecured siding. The space the chimney took in the roof was just covered with shingles, nothing underneath. I had to hire someone to put a roof vent in that depression. No other vents in the attic. Some ceramic tile has cracked and the mortar is crumbling. I hired an electrician separately to install electrical outlets and other work. The switchplates and outlet covers disappeared and I had to hire the electrician again to fix the outlets the contractor removed and did not install correctly and reinstall one ceiling fan. I also had to hire someone to fix the roof around the chimney because it was leaking so badly. I need to hire someone to reinstall my kitchen faucet because it is ready to fall off and the spray hose does not work. When I spoke to the contractor about that he said it was probably clogged. The installation of the dishwasher was incomplete. It was not secure. When I opened the door on it, it tipped to the floor. This has very unpleasant. There are things I tried to contact him about but he would not answer my calls. He was supposed to be a friend, hah!
