Caribbean Pools and Hot Tubs is a family owned and operated business that opened its doors in March of 2001 with the intent to not follow the trends of other swimming pool and hot tub/spa companies. We've found, to differentiate ourselves we need to focus on swimming pools and hot tubs. We don't sell Christmas trees, furniture, grills, basketball hoops, air hockey tables, etc... After all, you wouldn't go to a car dealership to buy a boat or a garage door- would you? Car dealerships are experts in automobiles. We, at Caribbean Pools and Hot Tubs, are experts in swimming pools and hot tubs/spas. Our motto is, "We do it right!" - not "We do it all" We provide a wide range of services for pools and are able to repair most brands of spas. As for your Christmas lights -- call the other guys!

Scheduled a pool install. The pool was installed before Memorial Day. The guys they had install the pool were friendly and fast. They had the pool up and being filled with water within 3 hours. If I ever need another pool installed, I know where I will go.

They showed up on time and did the work, everything seemed fine to me, no problems during the install. After they left on Saturday night we immediately noticed that the pool had a leak and that the water was leaking out! We called that same evening but they were already closed, so we called them on Sunday and set up an appointment for 12:30 on a Monday. They never showed up on Monday, but eventually sent out a sub contractor they hired to do the install, he arrived at 2:30. Once the gentlemen looked the pool over he told us we definitely have a leak but that he could not find exactly where it was. The guy who came called Caribbean Pools and told them waht he had found and they questioned him as well! They told us that we have to wait until the pool drains before they can even do anything!! That could take all summer! As of right now, we are unhappy with this company because of the fact they will not fix the problem: Why does our brand new pool leak that was just installed 4 days ago!?

"24 hours after the members called, we went out twice, found several small holes caused by the member putting rocks in his ladder, patched the holes. We did a continuity test which proved the liner was not leaking. The members put a stop payment on their check before we even went out to do repair. Since hole was caused by customer, we billed for labor & patch material. Customers still have not paid. Until past due invoice is paid, no further work can be done. -Steve Bayer, Owner"
