Beverly Hills Floors did a good job. The floors look amazing. The bid was the lowest and the work was completed in the quoted time. My only disappointment was the work was preformed by sub-contractors who tried to up sell us on the side for services that were not originally in the contract behind the owners back.

Owner came out quickly to give an estimate which he honored. He and crew were punctual, started job when they said they would and did not cause any problems while work was being down. They were careful to keep dust shields up and cleaned up after themselves. The work done was to our satisfaction. Owner was very responsive to questions and details, checking on crew several times a day and making sure we were happy with work. We would definitely use them again.We had someone else do our living and dining rooms. Their price was lower but work was not as good. The extra cost was worth it.

They are going to start in a few weeks. It will be 3 bedrooms and a hallway. He will also remove the floor that is down and some furniture. I only got one estimate. I felt comfortable with the quote. I did not think I could get it done for less than that because it is quite a bit of area. I liked the guy, I knew he came recommended from the List so I felt comfortable with that. He was very professional and willing to work around my health situation.

We were on a tight schedule and Mr. Aron returned our call and came out to give us a bid promptly. Then, he made sure the job was completed by our deadline.
