She is an independent lady that does it on her own. The price was very reasonable. I have older parents and I was looking for somebody that could relate to them. My father has Alzheimer's and my mom is taking care of him. I've tried other cleaning services and my mother didn't like them because they kind of swooped in and cleaned. She found them a little invasive. I wanted one person that would come in and interact with my parents as well as swooping in and cleaning. That is exactly what Betty did. I am out of town and she came over to introduce herself while I was there. She spent time talking to both of them and establishing a relationship. She was definitely professional but she took it beyond that. She has other elderly clients. She has a relative that has dementia so she was familiar with the situation and handled it just fine. She was very responsive. My sister said she did a good job.
