They had just gotten a new machine and it didn?t mix properly. The people who were applying it hadn?t done a good enough job is what I felt. They had done some patch work, and the colors don?t match up properly. They had come out when they said they would, but we had a terrible problem with them.

They did a wonderful. Their employees are very polite and clean cut.

We used them to do a job. We were not pleased with there service at first. After contacting them with our issues they did make good. They came back out to complete the job to our satisfaction. I would not recommend them.

I would give them at best a B. The guy who represented them was a little like the old fashioned used car salesman. I didn't like that quality. The men who came, I thought worked extremely well. It was a really interesting process to watch. We then noticed that we had a large patio about 22x13 and a 19 ft. walkways coming from the back door including a step. We were noticing that it was chipping in places. A guy came back to fix it, and I was just playing with it and a whole tile of the epoxy came off. They repaired that. The problem was that what they fixed was not the same color. We complained about that and they just kept not answering our phone calls. I don't care for the way they've handled the follow up.

It turned out really well. I wasn't quite satisfied with it at first, so with no arguments at all they came back, did another coat, and made it perfect. It looks absolutely beautiful now.

They put Beautistone in my garage and on a walkway a year ago. I enjoyed the look and wear so I had them do my patio and front porch stoop and steps.

Jim did a good job of explaining the product and helping select the color of Flex material. Joe and Anthony did the actual installation. They were prompt and very professional. Did an excellent job of applying the product. Joe followed up with a phone call a few days after the installation to see if every thing was OK. I discussed 1 minor thing with Joe.

It is beautiful and really added value to our old Victorian style home. While the men were working, at least four people who had driven by stopped and asked about their product and their work. They may want to consider putting a sign in the yard of the house they are working on. They were punctual and cleaned up all along the way. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

I originally asked for the garage floor and the salesman made a suggestion to have my stoop and sidewalk done. They weren't trying to sell it to me, they just offered the suggestion. It looks great!They came when they were supposed to, they moved everything out and in of the garage. I intend to use them in the future!
