Horrible. I had a new cable box put in by a technician and it doesn't work. I was told it would take a period of time to boot up so the technician left and I went back to work. When I came home the box is still not work and when I call they said they can't send someone out to check it for two more days. The cable has been down already for two days and now I have to wait another two day!

Their wireless modems are inadiquate. Told them to just give me the cable Internet converter. Bought my own modem and saved S5.00 on monthly fees.

Technician called prior to coming out and then showed up exactly at the time he stated he would. Ascertained what rooms the devices would go in and then proceeded to go to his truck and get the necessary boxes. Proceeded to install all the boxes and set up the televisions to each box and then tested it. Worked perfectly. Then he installed the additional analog box to guest bedroom and tested it.
