Everything went well. We've used this company before and they always seem to do a good job. They are on time, personable, and are always willing to answer any questions you might have.

1) Was installed, but with minor problems that were corrected. However, overflow pipe to sewer installed at the same time was done incorrectly and later caused serious problems. 2) Estimate for work to be done was itemized, but would have required exposing entire pipe from house across street for $10K. After review of estimate with owner, I asked that process be conducted step by step to locate blockage and avoid digging entire driveway and street. Owner refused. Another company did job: located blockage and replaced 8' broken pipe only for 1/10 of original estimate by AC Service.

It went very well.  They had to contract with a construction company who had to dig up a large portion of our front yard and destroy one portion of our sidewalk.  They had the job done in just a few hours, which we thought was wonderful given how much there needed to be done.  The construction company they used did a great job, too, showing that they know who to partner with on these types of large jobs.

The experience with AC Service Co. was good, they had some problems getting the old shower out but it wasn't such a big deal.

They're satisfactory but they are a little costly. If I have any kind of urgent matter with my plumbing and furnace they are able to come out and help pretty quickly because they are local, which is nice.

The water heater was replaced satisfactorily, except for a persistent water leak at a solder joint. The leak was corrected after 3-4 attempts.

They are local guys; they are a couple of kids that grew up in this town. I used them because I rented a house from the owner for ten years so I came to trust them. They took care of everything because it was their house. When I moved I decided to use them. I am happy so far with the service. They were here for hours and took care of the problem. They came right away and were right on time.

They found a reasonably priced repair that has continued to work well. Another company tried to sell me a new furnace because they said no repair would hold. I was very pleased not to have had that expense, and the repair held just fine. The technician was pleasant, professional, and on time. I am very happy with the service.

I called to have my water pressure fixed. The guy cleaned out the line which marginally helped. After I researched it, I found that a part on the kitchen hardware needed to be be replaced. I did it myself and it works great. The plumber also fixed a line that feeds water to the fridge's ice maker and water dispenser. Quick, cheap fix, right? Lastly, I asked him to fix the drain line from washing machine. He said I needed an appliance repair person because the leak was from the drain hose and not the line. The next day, I rechecked the hose and could not find a leak. I then found the leak was from a clogged line. I had another repairman come out and clean out that line. Overall, I had two people come out to fix minor things. They were all done within 1 1/2 hours time. I was charged $200!!! I will never use them again. Most of the time was spent on the kitchen and the problem wasn't fixed. I had to call another guy to come out because the first guy didn't fix my drain line... so I had to pay for two service calls. One small part was used on the fridge water line and that was it.

They did a good job. They were thorough and easy to work with. The prices were reasonable for the work they did.

I have been using him for years and I would highly recommend.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. IF THEY FIND ANYTHING WRONG THEY WILL TELL ME BEFORE THEY FIX IT. I HAVE KNOWN AND USED THEM FOR YEARS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
