At first, it’d looked like a superb deep clean. Upon forthright inspection; abhorrently so. Did not follow instructions. Could not follow instructions. There were no instructions. Attention to the wrong details. Crew while friendly and smiling; were invasive and presumptuous. The imposed their value of arrangement upon themselves. I was never consulted. I was available. Diminished oral and written communication. Crew only spoke Portuguese. Smart phone translator very misinterpreted. Crew covered up damage. Tactless, violates privacy by entering forbidden bedroom (while occupant undressed) and other closed rooms. Inability to coordinate schedules with crew. Poor use of time. Didn’t know how to properly clean floors. Crew focused too much on creativity and not enough on communicating. Crew was clean. Crew was energetic. Seemed to work as a team. Crew left their step ladder. Will not hire again due to inept, distrustful and uncommunicative.

Communication faltered on both our parts. Be prepared to write a syllabus for an employee as they will not do anything you have not specified verbally or in writing. I’m not going to teach someone what general housekeeping means. This is not rocket science!

This was a very disappointing experience. Dyane came to my house and did an estimate before giving me the price. She went into each and every room of the house before giving the estimate. She insisted on doing a deep cleaning for the first time that she charges a lot for. Although my house is new and clean I agreed on the deal of paying 350$ for the first time under the Condition on paying 160$ biweekly. Her employees came and did what I call a very regular cleaning job. They didn’t do any of the fine details that they mentioned like fridges, frames .....And on top of that they left other areas completely not dusted. They didn’t take their shoes off , while there is a global pandemic, which I unfortunately only noticed just before they were leaving . She then never called for follow ups. After two weeks I tried to call her. It took her three days after leaving several messages to get back to me. She said that she didn’t get back to me because now she wants 200$ instead of 160$ . Has she told me that from the beginning I would have never agreed. On top of that , when I asked her to reimburse me 150$ out the 350$ making it a payment of 200$ since she broke the deal we had, she started screaming and yelling over the phone and hung up on me .So unprofessional and dishonest. Beware everyone before you hire this company . I attached a picture of how they left my stairs that day as an example.

"I am very sorry you are disappointed. My services are 100% guaranteed upon the walk through and 48 hours after services have been provided. My clients are my business and if they are unhappy I will do anything immediately to make them happy. Unfortunately, when weeks have passed and walk through was satisfactory I can not refund. The initial estimate was not within your budget and to keep my clients happy I always I make every attempt to fit services within their budget. This particular situation the sales tax was not rendered which is required for me to charge. However, I do apply discounts to make my clients to make them happy. The normal business hours of DG Cleaning are Monday thru Saturday however to satisfy my clients I make exceptions to give estimates after hours and calls are returned during business hours. During these challenging times that we are in, all employees wear face masks and gloves to protect our clients. Disinfection of all surfaces and equipment are required. All procedures are followed per CDC recommendations including disinfection of personal belongings of employees. We are a professional and detailed company that strives for 100% My first Language is Portuguese and if you do not understand me please ask me and I will professionally respond. Thank you."

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My house is always spotless when I get home from work. Dayane and her crew are also very trustworthy as they clean my house while I’m at work and never worry about anything.
