Very nice and friendly and trustworthy. Was not too happy with just barrier treatment and didn't like to be locked into a year's contract. I would rather have treatment when I need it and not in the middle of winter when I don't need it. Didn't do anything for wasp problem. The other insects were dying though. Did not come exactly every 3 months. Were a few weeks late a couple of times.
