They did a great job. I had sent photos prior to the service and they had the correct parts to complete the job quickly

The only thing I actually use is an electric company, Reddy Electric. They did a good job. The service was fine. They cleaned up when they left, it was good. The staff, the people in the office was some lady there and she was very nice. I liked her. The guys were great. They were sweet. They were nice and polite. Once we scheduled the appointment they were fine. One of the guys that does this kind of work was  out of town when I first tried to schedule an appointment so they had to call me back after he got back into town and I didn't care. They were here when they said they would, when we made the appointment they showed up on time.

Very professional, there were no problems.

We have a modern-style kitchen light that hangs from the ceiling. Its installation was difficult due to having to conceal the wiring in the decorative cover at the ceiling. Some time after its purchase, one of the three hanging lights seemed to have a short in it, so we called for repair as I really liked the fixture. The company was easily reached, and a repairman was scheduled within one week. The gentleman who came was professional and got to work quickly.

My husband offered to help him as it was going to be difficult for just one person - use of a ladder and holding the other two lights out of the way. The work was done quickly and the light to be fixed has worked with no trouble since the repair. HOWEVER, I should have not have allowed two men to decide when the job was fully completed. The three hanging lights were not leveled. They were supposed to hang so that all three were level and even. They were off by less than 1 inch or so--but you can imagine what they looked like from any distance. Also the decorative caps just above the lights themselves were not all seated evenly and it was obvious to me the moment I saw the finished product for the first time.

Not wanting to call back the repairman, my husband tried to fix the light himself, which he did with about 90% effectiveness. So, to be fair, the company was never informed of my dissatisfaction with the original job. I guess I'm the one who learned a lesson.

THEY WERE JUST A VERY EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY DID A LOT OF WORK AND THEY DID IT RIGHT. I GOT A REALLY GOOD PRICE TOO. I HAD VERY GOOD LUCK WITH THEM. I AM ACTUALLY GOING TO HAVE THEM DO SOME SMALLER THINGS FOR ME YET.
