From the first phone contact, things went very smoothly.  We got the estimate and they called the night before the work was to be done. On the day of the work, the came on time with several workers. Very efficient.
The results were awesome.  They went beyond our expectations or hopes. The pruning of the trees was beautiful--transformed the property.

They were excellent. I've used them before. I especially like how they clean up afterwards. You would never know that they'd been here. It was to my satisfaction. I didn't really check with other people but I thought that the price was fair. They didn't come right away but I didn't want them to. They came when I wanted them to.

I like everything about them. They are very professional, very well-equipped, very responsive and very punctual. They did no damage in the yard. I could not say anything negative about them at all. My whole experience with them was very good.

They came in and had it down ground out, and cleaned up in and hour and a half. Very nice people. I will use them again.

This is the second time I've used Paul's Tree Service. You recognize Paul's professionalism by his discussions with you while he walks your property discussing the work to be done. When you give him the go ahead, he gives you a date and time for the work to be performed. His equipment is either new or in like new shape. (His bright red trucks are worth a 100 street cones as traffic slows to a crawl as they go by when he's trimming the trees.) His work was accomplished by himself and five assistance. They worked quickly for most of one day, taking only a lunch break and several water breaks as the day was hot. Paul and his crew cleaned up thoroughly after performing the work, so well, that you didn't know they were there. Once again, I chose the right guy/company to perform this work. I will have back again in couple of years to again trim the trees. I highly recommend Paul's Tree Service.

Paul is a hands-on businessman. He came out the day I called for an estimate and quoted the job at $600. The following week he was in my yard with "state of the art" tree pruning/removal gear, to include a bucket truck that he could manuver into the smallest openings. He and his crew cleaned out all the dead wood in my two huge oak trees and left the front yard looking cleaner than before he started. The following week I got a bill for $550 (instead of the quoted $600). Talk about honesty and integrity...coming in at lower than the original quote and billing me the lower amount. I would recommend Paul's Tree Service without hesitation.

I choose Paul's Tree Service from several among the recommended companies which I received from a local nurseryman. For the initial estimate, Paul, himself, arrived at the appointed time, and we walked around the property viewing the work I wanted accomplished. He politely asked questions and made several recommendations that the other companies missed. I was impressed right away by Paul's polite manner, his professionalism and his well maintained equipment which appeared to be in new condition rather than the well worn competitors vehicles and equipment. (I asked if his trucks and shredders were new; he replied they were several years old, but he clean the trucks and equipment at the end of each day.) All, in all, it was a pleasant estimate experience.

After I chose Paul's Tree Service, the service was performed on time, quickly and correctly. He did not request to drive a truck on the property to be nearer to the removal site, but had his men hand carry the limbs, etc., to the large shredder at the curb. His cleanup was very good, and you could not tell that he removed several trees and trimmed several more from any debris left on the ground. Very conscientious personnel assisted in this process.

Afterward, he walked me around the property showing me what he performed to see if it met my satisfaction which it had. He even suggested some minor other trimming which I approved. Note: there was some additional charge for the extra work, but it was very reasonable and well within my budget. I can highly recommend Paul's Tree Service, and I have done so to my curious neighbors. I recommend you add him to your list of people you consult and request estimates from. You, too, will find out he is worthy of you consideration.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They also waited to ensure the ground was firm enough to handle the equipment. Especially important with the wet spring of 2011.

Paul led his crew in a responsible manner such that I didn't have to intervene. During both the estimate and the beginning the job walk arounds, I received courteous and knowledgeable replies to my explanations on the tasks he was to complete. Once the work began, I was impressed in his team's thoroughness in completing each task including cleanup. When the job was complete, he walked me around to explain what they did. I was very pleased with his professionalism. I highly recommend Paul's Tree Service.

The tree was about 60 feet tall. They came out with the crew and took out that tree and another smaller tree next to it. It took about a half a day. They ground the stumps and removed all of the wood. Paul was very responsive, and I was able to get him when I needed. It was a little bit more than I had thought it would be, based on prior experience. But Paul explained that it was because of the cost of diesel rising and because of the need for more man power because of the size of the tree.
