Five Star Home Services is a network of top-rated home services companies located throughout Central and Southwest Ohio. We offer affordable residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services at prices that are highly competitive. Although we are a local company, we have an entire team of master plumbers, NATE-certified HVAC technicians, and master electricians who are available around-the-clock with emergency repair services year-round throughout Southwest Ohio. Our company started as a small mom-and-pop shop in 1972. Since that time, our vision has been to provide homeowners with the best HVAC equipment and the best workmanship possible at the most competitive prices in the areas we service. Although we have grown tremendously over the years and now offer plumbing and electrical work throughout Ohio, our vision has remained the same. In addition to providing the best products and services at the lowest prices, we are also committed to making our communities better places to live and work and giving back to those in need.

I called them late Friday afternoon and they said they would be here Monday. Will call Monday morning to let me know what time. They called Sunday evening to say would be here 12-1. They showed at 11:30 Monday morning. What a nice surprise, somebody showed early. Did a very nice job. This is my second experience with Narrow Path and they have become my go to plumber.

Narrow Path was very responsive to my problem and, despite the fact that it was not do to their work, they found and fixed the problem. I would definitely use them again and I appreciate their prompt service and tenacity in solving a problem not due to their installation.

The few other things I had them do were done fine. Would not be against using them again, but would likely try someone else first I think.
"just wanted to state we try to carry a good stock of items on our truck but with the hundreds of different types of faucets its hard to have every one would have not been able to call another state licensed plumber and get 2 hrs of labor for 119 with out trying to upsell him something he did not need and if any other company did job they would have to charge to get parts that's a common practice most companys charge from the time they leave there shop our time starts when we are at your door we try to provide the best customer service we can hopefully he will give us another try to please him"

We contacted Narrow Path Plumbing completely discouraged after a costly and unsuccessful attempt by another plumber to assist us. We knew time was of the essence because water was leaking into the slab loud enough that you could hear it! Chris, from Narrow Path, responded to my call immediately and arranged an appointment for one of his plumbers to come to our home. Steve actually arrived earlier than his scheduled appointment time! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. In no time he isolated the problem, and provided us with honest and affordable options for repairing the leak. He then provided temporary repairs that would prevent further loss of water/damage until repairs could be completed. The day he was to arrive to do the repairs he was again early! Impressive! He got right to work and had successfully completed the repairs in no time! We had family visiting from out of town at the time and even they were impressed with the service we received! We believe Narrow Path Plumbing was truly a blessing, and we will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!
