Although we are a local company, we have an entire team of master plumbers, NATE-certified HVAC technicians, and master electricians who are available around-the-clock with emergency repair services year-round throughout Southwest Ohio. Our company started as a small mom-and-pop shop in 1972. I called them Friday morning and Chris said they could have someone to me by 3:00 PM that same day. Very professional, workers showed up early at 2:00 vs 3:00 from scheduled time. Explained all the details. After installation Ryan explained the operations and how to inspect and maintain the unit. 5 Star of 5 Stars service

They were really GREAT. We were very pleased with the work that they did.
They arrived on time, did a fantastic job, made sure things were spotless, and easily accommodated us when we wanted to make a small change.
They are an amazing value for the work that they did and the two gentlemen that performed the work were some of the best people we've ever had help around the house.

Great... I called mid - afternoon and he was willing and able to meet us late afternoon at the time we requested. He arrived promptly with help. Evaluated the situation quickly and provided a quote for service. Once we accepted he performed the work immediately, quickly and professionally. He cleaned up the work area. He provided meaningful explanations as to why we had the problem and how he fixed it. He provided good advice on a variety of topics. He even helped drain the hot water tank at no extra charge to make sure everything was in good condition before he left. He made sure we were satisfied with the work and he answered all questions. We were a new customer and couldn't have received any better service. He's our new "guy".

Gave me a window of when they would arrive and showed up in that time frame. Came in saw the problem, had the replacement parts with him and did the job in 20-30 minutes. Cleaned up afterward and took the coupon I found on Angies list. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Our water stopped working a Saturday night. We have a well with a submerged pump, a pressure tank, pressure switch, iron filter, and water softener. On Sunday my husband did some trouble shooting and narrowed it down to the pressure switch and/or the pressure tank. I called 3 different plumbing companies who indicated they did emergency work. The first company quoted an astronomical hourly rate on its answering machine, so I did not fool with leaving a message, but I did leave messages with the other 2 outfits. I heard back within the hour from Chris Adams and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning (Columbus Day).
Steve showed up a little later than agreed upon, and then he had to go and get a pressure tank, which caused another, unavoidable delay. However, once he was there with all the equipment needed, he got right to work and finished in a professional, complete manner.
We have working water system again, and plans moving forward for improving the system. I was pleasantly surprised at the price, fully expecting to have to pay a grand or better. I will definitely call Narrow Path again for our plumbing tasks, emergency or otherwise.

We were on vacation in Florida and on our return flight home (last Saturday morning) I received a text message from our dog-sitter, that something was wrong with the water heater. She said it was leaking and the water would not get hot. She had to leave early that morning for work.
I accessed Angie's List from my phone and called Narrow Path Plumbing from Chris. He checked to see if he had the model we needed in stock. He told me he did not have the heater we needed in stock, but that he would pick it up on Monday morning and it would be installed then. He was also kind enough to tell me if I wanted to see if I could find someone else to install it for me immediately, that I should be careful about a couple of brands that were not reliable. (I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he was trying to help me.)
Monday morning, my new water heater was installed and working before noon. We had not even discussed price, but the price was more reasonable than I ever expected and the work was done professionally.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use their service in the future.

They were able to make the appointment for the same day, which is very useful to me as, apparently, I have poor planning skills. When the plumber arrived, I explained the work to be done, he immediately began to work and was done very quickly. He was pleasant and knowledgeable.
The hourly rate was fair, he didn't bill for excess hours and the price for supplies was about how much I expected.

Had the grinder pump in the basement fail on me overnight - called Narrow Path in the morning and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Quickly diagnosed the issue, went and got the part, and installed it.
Responsive and reliable - have used them multiple times now, have yet to be disappointed.

Plumbing, Well and Pump Service
I had a very good experience with Narrow Path Plumbing from the start. Our pump went out Friday night at 7:00 PM (of course!) and I called the emergency number. Chris answered and came by first thing the next morning. Someone would have come out that night, but we knew we needed a new pump. They searched for a pump Saturday but there were none in Dayton, so we had to order one. I was please with the communication and responsiveness throughout this stressful ordeal.

Narrow Path Plumbing did a fantastic job. They evaluated my problem and explained what they would do to resolve it. They coordinated closely regarding installation time. It took approximately two hours for the job, and the softener had to be installed in a tight spot. They installed a high-quality softener at what I felt was a reasonable price for this type of softener. It works great. I would highly recommend them, and will certainly call them for future plumbing issues.

The good:
The people who came were personable, knowledgeable, and best of all, did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I had bought the house a week and a half before, and they walked me through the inspector's suggested changes and let me know where they were legitimately necessary and where they were optional. They were also able to use supplies already at hand for one of the necessary fixes, so there were no extra charges for that, and the one repair made was a reasonable price.
The bad:
1) They ran about an hour and fifteen minutes late.
2) The Angies List deal I bought ended up actually costing more than if I had just hired them straight out. I bought the $79 Angie's List deal, which was $79 for the service call, plus $40 credit towards repairs. I had assumed that the $40 credit would count for supplies for repairs as well, but apparently it doesn't, since I was charged $15 for the one part they had to use. If the $40 credit isn't for supplies, then what is it for? The plumbers were also unclear what the credit was for (they guessed it might be for if the repairs ran over the first hour, but weren't sure. They tried to call their boss but he didn't answer). The call ended up lasting 45 minutes, and they charge $75 per hour, so I would have saved about $4 if I had just hired them straight out. It's not really a big deal, but it was somewhat irritating. More clarity on what the 'repair credit' is for would be nice.
That said, overall I thought they did a decent job, and I would hire them again.

This turned out excellent! The water spigot in the front of the house had a problem. When I was running the water spigot, there was water coming out of the wall. The water was going into the house. They went from the inside closet and re-did the pipe. The guy was really good. I was very concerned about that kind of plumbing job! Also, I could not get the stopper out of my bathroom sink and he was able to unclog it.
