Replaced sensor and inspected the condition of the door mechanics.  Pronounced in good shop but recommended some lubrication, as I had never had that done.  Answered all questions I had and was courteous and professional.

The garage door is fairly old.  It did take some time to find the parts, but they did a beautiful job of the replacement and repair.
