Harworth's came through for me (again)! I drove my 2011 Chevy Malibu from Albuquerque, NM to the area and, after resting the car for a few weeks, found that it had lost all brake fluid and brakes! I dropped it off at Harworth's and they got the work done ahead of the promised time, at a fair price and provided constant updates. I will be back for future needs.

I purchased new Plugs and new Transmission Fluid and Filter.  Asked to have these replaced and "Check out Car".   They called and told me I needed a lot of front end work.  I agreed.  I will say they did good work.  But, when I checked prices of the parts they installed (they purchased them at local Advance Auto) the prices were marked up 150% above what I could buy them retail.  I am aware auto repair shops get a 30% cut on retail at this same Advance Auto.  So, you do the math.  I basically got ripped on the parts.  So, I went on line to check what the "Standard Pricing " was for the jobs they did.  Guess What,  I got ripped again.  This entire job should have cost me $1000-1200.  But, I ended up paying over $1900.   Again, I can't say they did bad work - but, d*** they are proud of it.  Definitely won't use again and have passed the word to everyone I know.

Great! Loaned me a car so I could go home or run errands while they did the repairs. Charged me less than the estimate.



I have had no problem since but if I do I will go to Harworth Tire and Auto.
