concrete driveways, concrete repair
+ 0 moreThey did a good job. Mike and his partner came out quickly to provide an estimate. They were personable and experienced (20 years in the concrete business) and actually gave me the most accurate measurement of the driveway. Their estimate was best of the three I got, but I was a little nervous about going with a small company. The weather played some havoc, so they started several days later than expected, but they were courteous and efficient in removing the old driveway with minimal damage to the surrounding grass or retaining wall. Mike clearly knew how to use all of the major removal equipment, so this was not just guys who knew how to do concrete but guys who knew all parts of the business. The next day they laid the concrete very efficiently, elegantly and with confidence. They were polite, never profane, discrete and perfectly approachable with my many questions about what they were doing and what I should expect to happen. I'd recommend them to others without hesitation.
Description of Work: Mike (the owner) and his partner stripped out the old driveway (asphalt with layer of concrete rubble, following sewer line replacement by another company), graded the dirt, framed the scene, placed the concrete and finished it smoothly. They also installed a drain and drainage tube. All was done in two days, with the first day for removal and the second day to make the new driveway.
