Not great, Got me in on time, but they took way longer than expected and ran over time by a hour or so. It became obvious that they were struggling with my Mini and didn't have all the knowledge or tools to meet the estimated time. After returning home and several weeks later, I found a door switch for mirror adjustment broken. I just ordered it and replaced it myself because it would have been more of a hassle to try to go back to safelite. Overall good just not perfect.

I made the appointment online. Someone from Safelite called to confirm they received my request; I also received an email confirmation. The morning of my appointment, our technician called to say he would be here during the timeframe I had chosen, and gave me a better idea of when he'd be here. He again called me when he was 15 minutes away. Our technician's name was Landon and he was very courteous, professional, and took pride in his work. He cleaned up any mess he might have made in the car when he replaced the windshield, and he also thoroughly cleaned all the windows of the SUV as well as the rear view mirrors.

The installation went smoothly, but then a month later there was a crack. There was no chip visible so they came out again, with no hassle, and replaced that windshield at no cost. We've had no problems since. We are very satisfied.

GREAT!!! These guys know what they are doing. Did not have any wait time once there except for services rineed, which didn't take that long, maybe 15 minutes. Can't even see the chip

really smooth. I had a small problem with the trim they applied. I was in Florida when this occurred and rather than telling me I needed an appointment they fixed it on the spot. Took about 20 minutes. No cost. Really good customer service!!

Went very well. They were on time and did the replacement right in our garage. They had to come back out and replace that windshield with a new one because I saw a scratch in the first one but not until after they left. They did the second one at no charge.

Came out quickly and worked in cold weather. They were very professional. However, the part they used was a substandard third party replacement. The tailgate window is now difficult to latch and the trim piece was not prepainted.

I did not give them an A because the window tech had a death in the family and was understandably a no-show. However, I was not notified until I called to find out why they were late. I was given a $125 credit and was rescheduled. I thought that was more than fair and I would use them again!
