 + -1 moreWe worked with Alex Davis on a mortgage for our new home. Not only did he respond to our requests immediately, but the numbers he gave us were the most accurate I have seen. He met with us on a Saturday afternoon to go over the GFE and associated worksheets and was pretty much available at any time to answer our questions. He was very knowledgeable about everything having to do with our mortgage, recommended the best product for us, and was completely honest, open, and professional throughout the entire process. Not only that -- he kindly explained things to us despite the fact that we were having a mental block understanding this stuff and was completely patient with us even though I know we asked the same questions multiple times. We hope not to move again soon, but if we do, we will ABSOLUTELY work with Alex again. In addition, we will confidently be referring all of our friends, family, and acquaintances to him. Thank you to Alex for the most stress-free loan process we could have imagined!

We were able to get an excellent interest rate and a quick closing. The team did a great job explaining everything step by step. The closing went smoothly with no surprises. Description of Work: Sarah Engstrom was my mortgage lender and was great to work with. She ended up helping me getting the perfect home loan in this declining market. She pulled off my loan that no other mortgage lender could have pulled off. I shopped arround a lot for a home loan and she was the best to work with.

 + -1 moreI loved the experience it made me feel as though there was someone out there who was concerned for us not just our money.
Description of Work: Sarah was excellent to work with from the very beginning. She made me feel extremely comfortable with what she had to offer and she did everything she could to find my husband and I the best loan for us. My first loan officer basically gave us one option and made us feel like he didn't care much for our situation. Sarah on the other hand was awesome! She even came with us to closing and brought us little presents, completely unecessary but delightful!
