Kerbler gave us a quote last fall to make custom acrylic inserts for our screened in porch. We were very excited and happy to move forward. When we called them this summer to schedule it, and after lots of phone tag and them being out of town, they finally told us they won't do the job, because it was too big! They said they couldn't get the heavy duty frames they needed...well, why did they give us a quote last fall? We were very disappointed and felt like they kept dragging it along, until finally they said no, we can't do it. I would NOT recommend them at all.

I had to wait a bit longer to have Kerbler replace glass on four large patio windows that were fogging because of broken seals, but the wait was worth it because their prices are so much more reasonable than the prices of other companies. They provided a one-year warranty on labor and a five-tear warranty on the seals.

I took the window into them around 2 pm and they told me it would be done the next day by 2:30. They called me at 4:00 and said it was finished. Super fast service

Glass replaced on time and in good order. Pricing a bit high, but service was excellent.

I just took the window out in the morning, dropped it off before 10 and it was ready at 330. They were able to match the tint of my glass almost exactly.

Perfect. They made replacement screens that looked just like missing originals.

It went well. I had to wait several weeks before someone could come out and give me an estimate because the company was backed up with other jobs. However, their prices were so low that the wait was worth it. I paid $800 to replace four pieces of tempered glass that were about 76" X 28" each. Two other vendors wanted around $1400 to do the same job.

I originally had 3 windows to be replaced. While waiting for the service I found another panel, as well as the two small door windows that needed replacing. I could only see them at night when the light hit a certain way. The first 3 were installed, and the tech measured the newly found problem. He was back within two weeks and the job was done. I was very pleased with the service, from the office calls to the actual installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has foggy thermal windows.

While I was cleaning the top window (which was tilted inward so that I could clean it), the bottom window fell out. I called Kerbler, and they were here in about an hour! He did the repair expertly and explained a few things to me. What great responsiveness and work! I will definitely call them again if I have another problem. I highly recommend them!

Everyone I spoke with at Kerbler Glass was wonderful and my window looks great! The UV coating/tint (I believe) had deteriorated making the glass opaque. I dropped my window sash off at 10am and they were done at 2:30pm. Great service!

excellent.  estimator showed up on time and the gentleman who did the actual repairs was on time and and did a neat and clean repair job.

Two techs came out to the house on time and repaired the door. They were here about 45 minutes to complete the job.

I would recommend Kerbler and Co. to anyone needing windows or doors adjusted or fixed.

They ordered the glass and replaced them. It took them a long time to get out here to give me the estimate. They were pretty booked, but they were responsive. Then they had to order the windows from a company after they measured. Total that took about 2-3 months, but they did a wonderful job. They came when they were suppose to. Their price was within a good range. Two installers came out and it took them about 30 minutes.

My home has Wood windows that have been in place since the house was built in 1989.  The windows were starting to be very difficult to open and when i would open the bottom the top would also come down.  I wasn't sure if I was needing to get new windows or if I could just have them repaired.  I was referred to Kerbler by a neighbor and so I called them to see if they could come give an assessment of my windows and determine if they could be repaired.  Tom Kerbler came out and looked at all of the windows and determined the windows were fine they just needed to have the Jamb Liners replaced.  This was very good news because frankly I did not want to have to pay for all new windows!
Two gentlemen that work for the company Jim and J.J. came out this morning and replaced all of these liners.  I truly can't say enough good things about these two.  They were professional, nice, timely, and did a tremendous job completing the work.  They also took all of my screens back to their shop to have them repaired over the winter which saved me a trip of taking them over myself.  I was also very impressed with the work ethic as today is very cold and they were still willing to come do the work if I wanted them to.  I was pretty convinced last night that they were going to cancel and when I got the call to confirm this morning they gave me the choice if I wanted it done today or wait due to weather.  Since I had taken work off I definitely wanted to get the work done so I was very impressed that they put the decision in my hands and were willing to do it.
The only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that it did take a long time to have them out from when I first contact them.  Everyone was very upfront with me though that they were scheduling about 8 weeks out so it really wasn't that big of a deal for me.  Just know ahead of time if you are in a time crunch to get something done they may not be able to do it.  However they were all so nice that I would bet if it was an emergency they would work with you.
I honestly can't recommend this company enough and am so happy my neighbor referred me to them!  I will most definitely use them for any further window repair I may need.

Their same day service was a phenomenally easy process.  I popped the window out in the morning and as long as you take it in before 10am, they will have it done by 3pm.  We were so worried about having to replace the whole window or having a costly repair until we found this little family owned company.
