When I brought it back she fixed the tear and put a patch on the elbow of the jacket . She was professional, very polite and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again . ?

They did great work. This was a rush job and they got the alterations done in time for my formal dinner engagement. They were able to get the alterations done in less than one week. Thank you

It wasn't expensive. They were quick and did exactly what we needed.

They kept the dress  and pants for about a week and a half. I went in advance, so I told them to take their time. Overall everything turned out fine. When I got the dress, I wished I would have tried on the dress in the store, because I would have noticed that the straps were too long at that point, when they fit well during the fitting.

this provider has performed multiple alteration for me. They are professional, courteous and perform quality work, though the price is a bit high, but overall I was pleased.

European Tailoring hemmed some drapes for me for $129.00, including tax.  When I came in to pay for them I gave her my Angie's List coupon for 10% off.  She made a face and  said I should have brought it in earlier. Therefore, she only took off the amount of tax, which was 9 dollars.When I got home I noticed one panel had a 3-4 inch tear in it.  It had been patched but was very noticeable. I tried to find a replacement panel, but was unable to do so.  I talked to the owner and asked her why she had neglected to point out the tear. She pretended not to understand me.  I persisted and she finally said that if I bought another panel, she'd hem it for free. I told her I would never use her services again because of her dishonesty. She then proceeded to say I was a bad person, etc.  She refused to refund the $20.00 for the damaged panel and so I reported her to BBB.

It was OK.  The price was great.  The owner tries hard to keep the price as reasonable as possible.  A button at the waistband had been removed and was not put back on.  We felt that, for the money, this was a good experience. This is the only time we have used this tailor so we don't know how well she would do with more difficult work.

They helped with an emergency and several fittings later, it was just perfect! They are so nice, kind, and relaxed plus they do superb work! We moved here from Chicago 18 months ago and I never had better service and with such competitive prices. I will never go anywhere else!

Consistenly the alteration work from this shop is of the highest quality.  The shop owner is very nice to her customers, and has an amazing memory for previous work that she's done for me.  I'm a small person, so most clothing items require alteration, so I'm so happy that I found such a good place to have the work done. 

At drop off they fitted and offered suggested alterations.  Return time was approximately 10 days (given the 4th of July holiday there was a slightly longer turn around time).  I called the morning they were expected to be done and they were.  At pick up they had me try them on to confirm that the fit was satisfactory.  I would use them again. 

The alterations were perfect. The cost was a little high, but she knew that I needed the dress in a hurry, n would pay whatever it costs. The dress did look very nice after the alterations, so I can't complain.

They did a wonderful job.
