Shortly after getting the ring, a prong was bent and the stone became loose. Although the repairs were done in a timely manner, the attitude of the staff was awful considering the amount of money we spent. We are going to other jewelers to look for a new setting.

They did a great job. They are a little bit price, but their work was good. They were professional and completely understood what I wanted and needed. They followed through and gave me what I wanted and needed as well. I didn't mind the price because if I want good work then I'm going to pay for it.

They were extremely helpful and friendly! I first came with just the diamond and we looked at various ring settings in their catalog. We discussed the pros and cons of different types of setting, but I didn't see any that I particularly liked; I realized I wanted an antique style. Later I remembered that I had an old gold ring that I'd bought at a thrift store some years ago. When I found the old ring I realized that while it was ugly with the amethyst (purple) stone it had in it, that it might look great with a clear diamond. I brought them my own old ring and the diamond and they sent it to their expert to see whether the ring could be altered to fit the stone. They were able to do so and created for me a beautiful "new" antique ring. I was impressed that they were perfectly happy to work with my old ring mounting instead of trying to persuade me to buy a new gold ring from them, even though of course they made less money from me by doing so. Also, I know enough about jewelry to know good workmanship when I see it: this is excellent workmanship. The final cost did go over the estimate, though it was only a verbal estimate and was still a very reasonable price considering the difficulty and the quality of the work done. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them for any jewelry need.

They were great. The necklace was ready when they said it would be, the price was exactly as quoted and the work was superb.

This shop did a great job. My diamond fell out of its setting (had not had it checked in 6 years). They said they could either solder or replace the prong setting entirely (and provide a setting as similar as I had). I received estimates for both. I had them do the total replacement and reset the diamond. They had it to me in two days, much sooner than I thought. The setting looks exactly the same. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. It was well worth the money.

I plan on having them as my jeweler from now on.

They were easy to work with. The price was reasonable. The only difficulty was in getting some kind of estimate over the phone (I had no clue what the price might be, even what kind of price range it might be in). Once I brought the ring in they cheerfully gave an estimate (of $35).

THE SALESPERSON, CINDY, WHO ASSISTED ME WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I HAD PURCHASED A FIVE-STONE DIAMOND RING PRIVATELY AND WASN'T SURE WHAT ALL I WOULD NEED TO HAVE DONE OTHER THAN RESIZING. CINDY TOOK TIME TO HELP ME DETERMINE THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED. I FELT THEY WERE HONEST WITH ME, GAVE ME OPTIONS DEPENDING ON HOW OFTEN I WOULD WEAR THE RING, AND WHAT NEEDED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND WHAT COULD WAIT. WHEN I PICKED UP THE RING, I BELIEVE IT WAS THE OWNER WHO HELPED ME. HE WAS ALSO VERY NICE. HE EXPLAINED ALL THE WORK THAT WAS DONE, HAD ME LOOK IT OVER, AND EXPLAINED ABOUT THE APPRAISAL. THEY CLEANED THE RING SO IT SPARKLED NICELY. I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT DENIG'S AND WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK. I DIDN'T GO ANY PLACE ELSE FOR COMPARISON, BASING MY DECISION TO USE DENIG'S SOLEY ON ANGIE'S LIST. I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED.

THEY WERE VERY NICE WHEN I CALLED FOR DIRECTIONS AND ALSO WHILE I WAS AT THE STORE. THE PRICE WAS MORE REASONABLE THAN ANOTHER QUOTE I OBTAINED.

VERY RESPONSIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESPERSON, LISTED OUT SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR REPAIR. ESTIMATED 10 DAYS TO BE DONE, ACTUALLY COMPLETED IN ABOUT A WEEK. RING LOOKS VERY NICE AND THEY CLEANED IT AS WELL. I WILL GO THERE AGAIN FOR JEWELRY REPAIR. THE WORKMANSHIP IS EXCELLENT. THE NEW PRONGS THEY PUT ON THE RING MATCH EXACTLY WHAT WAS THERE BEFORE, AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT DID WHEN THE RING WAS NEW. I CAN'T TELL THAT IT WAS EVER DAMAGED. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH.

THEY GAVE ME A PICTURE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE RING TO SEND TO MY INSURANCE CO (AN APPRAISAL.).

MY HUSBAND TRIED TO CHANGE THE TIME DUE TO DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME AND IT WOULDN'T WORK. WE HAD TO TAKE IT BACK AND THEY FIXED IT THAT TIME.

THEY LOOKED AT MY WIFE'S MECHANICAL WATCH AND RECOMMENDED CHANGING THE BATTERY. MECHANICAL WATCHES DON'T USE BATTERIES THEY ARE MANUALLY WOUND. I WAS QUITE DISAPPOINTED.

THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. JEWELER EXPLAINED THE REPAIR OPTIONS AND COSTS. DID NOT TRY TO DO MORE OR LESS THAN WAS NECESSARY.

THE WORK ON MY WATCH WAS COMPLETED IN 10 DAYS. THIS INCLUDED THE ORDERING OF A NEW WATCH CRYSTAL. I HAD HAD IDENTICAL WORK DONE PREVIOUSLY BY TWO DIFFERENT JEWELERS, AND EACH TIME I WAS WITHOUT MY WATCH FOR MONTHS! I WAS DELIGHTED TO HAVE MY WATCH BACK FROM DENIG JEWELERS SO QUICKLY. AND THE 15 YEAR OLD BAND LOOKS BRAND NEW!

COULDNT MEET ALL MY NEEDS. THEIR WORK WAS OK, BUT IT WASNT A ONE STOP PROJECT AS I HOPED.

THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE THE BATTERY IN MY WATCH IN NO TIME WHATSOEVER. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. VERY POLITE AND RESPONSIVE.

THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS. THE WORK WAS DONE WELL AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I HAVE TAKEN THREE OTHER ITEMS FOR THEM TO WORK ON. EVERY SERVICE THAT THEY HAVE PERFORMED FOR ME HAS BEEN FIRST-CLASS WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND DENIG JEWELERS WITHOUT HESITATION.

PRICES ARE HIGH...DOUBLE WHAT WE''D BEEN PAYING TO HAVE SAME SIZE/QUALITY DIAMOND ADDED TO BRACELET EVERY YEAR IN MICHIGAN.

WE HAVE BOUGHT MY ENGAGEMENT RING, EAR RINGS, AND NECKLACE. IT IS FAMILY OWNED- VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY. THE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD, WE ARE NEVER AFRAID OF BUYING THERE.

EXCELLENT HONEST, SERVICE. RECENTLY HAD A SPECIAL CLOCK REPAIRED THERE PLUS REPLACEMENTS FOR A WATCH BAND AND BATTERIES FOR A COUPLE OF WATCHES.
