She does a great job! We have had her aerate our yard for more than 20 years!

I explained my plight in the backyard with grass not staying green and thick and wanted sod. Jill talked me into more topsoil and more seeding which had already been done numerous times over the past few years with great topsoil and the correct grass seed. The grass back there doesn’t survive well throughout the fall. Not one blade of grass came up. I called her twice in Late Oct, 2020 and got no response. Sent a letter 3 weeks ago and still no response and no grass either, I am not sure any grass seed was even used as none could be seen mixed in with the blue top dressing. Talked to a lawn professional today and was told the blue puffy pieces in the top dressing used was put on way too heavily, and the seed, if there was any, could not germinate. I am out $155.00. My areas supposedly reseeded are now hard cement like areas! The aeration team left my walks and driveway muddy messes. Needless to say, won’t be using Aeration by Jill for anything again.

Good end result. The only issue was that they forgot to do the job on the first date we decided on. When I contacted them, they apologized for their error and came by to do the job in a few days.

I called, they showed up within a few days and it was done. I marked the irrigation system and they avoided all the heads. Very well done!

Excellent, much better than we expected.

Have used them for a number of years. As always, they did a great job -- lots of plugs and the plugs are deep.

I called and reached a live person (not voice mail) right away on a Monday. She said they would be able to do the aeration on Saturday, so to make sure to make the sprinkler heads on Friday. We were ready for them on Saturday, but they didn't arrive to do the work until Sunday. They did a great job of going over the lawn in several different directions, so it is well aerated. Overall very good experience, for an excellent price!
